My hope is that you find information in each newsletter that is helpful to you- the Early Childhood Educator- as you work with this wonderful group called Preschoolers! This is the mini-newsletter that focuses on theme suggestions and new additions to the website. The FULL newsletter is now quarterly and goes out in March, June, September and December. The following pages were added to the website since the last newsletter: Dramatic Play Interest Center Page Article: Science Planning with Limited Space As Early Childhood Educators, we are busy: busy planning and preparing and lesson planning and, most importantly, busy spending time with our preschoolers! Most states/provinces require preschool teachers to participate in a set number of in-service clock hours of training each school or calendar year. As an early childhood educator and director, I know how difficult it is to find affordable workshops as well as to find the time to participate in them! Workshops may help you meet your in-service requirements in the comfort of your own home!* You can take the entire current school year to complete them! There is currently one workshop on this page, CLICK HERE to go to the Science in the Preschool Classroom workshop order page *Please check with your director (if you work in a center) or with your state/province licensor to determine if this training will qualify for your in-service hours.
